Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period ends 7 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party you authorized—other than the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will issue a reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
The goods are in their original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Customized or personalized goods
Goods that, by nature, cannot be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate quickly or have expired)
Goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items

PrinterProp reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Items must be returned to the following email/contact address for instructions:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the sender received the order themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
